 1. General Manager (Operations): 1 Post

 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
 Minimum 15 years post - qualification experience, out of this at least 5 years should be at the Project Manager level independently handling projects.
 Preference will be given to candidates with Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and those having experience of working in Smart City Plans/ Smart City Projects.

 2. Chief Financial Officer : 1 Post

 CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
 Minimum 10 years of experience out of which 3 years as head of finance division in a reputed organization. Should have experience in Infrastructure projects and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
 Good proficiency in computers with expertise in financial /accounting software packages

 3. Urban Planner : 1 Post

 1st Class Master’s Degree in Urban Planning (Regular) from a recognized University/Institute.
 7 years of experience of working in Urban Projects/ Spatial Plans/ Master Plans/ Integrated Land Use/ Transportation Plans for Indian cities.

 4. Manager (Project Management & Monitoring) : 1 Post

 B Tech with MBA (Project Management) from a recognized University/Institute.
 7 years of experience of working in Urban Projects/ Spatial Plans/ Master Plans/ Integrated Land Use/ Transport Plans for Indian cities.

 5. Manager (IT Smart Solutions) : 1 Post

 M Tech in IT or Computer Science or MCA after graduation in Mathematics or physics from a recognized University/Institute.
 Minimum 7 years of experience of which 3 years in IT Enabled Services (ITES) / Smart Solutions.

 6. Manager (Accounts) : 1 Post

 M Com/ CA Inter/ CMA Inter from a recognized University/Institute.
 Minimum 5 years of experience for M Com and 3 years experience for CA/CMA Inter as Accountant in any Government/Public Sector Units or reputed Private Sector Units.
 Should be well versed in Tally Accounting / Computerized Accounting Software.

General Conditions:-


 1. Salary will be Commensurate with the market rates as per contract / deputation terms and conditions.
 2. Educational qualifications for various criteria specified should be achieved from any University/ Institute of repute through a regular in campus course.
 3. Tenure of appointment should be initially for a period of one year, which can be extended for further periods on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
 4. Experience and age criteria may be relaxed in case of otherwise exceptionally deserving candidates.
 5. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview. SCTL reserves the right to shortlist the candidates.
 6. Applicants employed in Govt./Quasi Govt./ PSUs shall apply through proper channel, after forwarding the advance copy along with the application fee and shall produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview.
 7. Acceptance or rejection of application of the candidates will be the sole discretion of the Management. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
 8. Applications of candidates attempting to influence or interfere with the selection process will be rejected summarily and he/she will be declared disqualified for future vacancies in SCTL.
 9. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending interview.
 10. Selection of Candidates will be decided by the Board of Directors of SCTL.
